“Enforce the rule of law”? Who’s law? His undoubtedly, and that scares the crap out of me. The average Rethug and he is a mile below average, has a very twisted view of law and order. See the Killer Kid verdict for evidence. Ole Louie here has no cheese to lose and most of his cracker has crumbled away too, needs hospitalization and not attention, but far be it from our nooze people to say that.
Texas though deserves a guy like him. Texas or Florida. Why buck a losing streak?
