Justice Brett Kavanaugh has tested positive for Covid-19, the Supreme Court said Friday, the first publicly known case of coronavirus among the high court’s justices.
Kavanaugh, who is fully vaccinated, tested positive on Thursday night, the court said in a statement. The justice’s immediate family tested negative and he has no symptoms.

Depressingly, he’ll get the best medical care possible, but #SilverLining: god is sending a message. Let’s hope that he heeds it and resigns, or god takes care of it.

He will probably survive. He will get the medical care that my poor neighbor can’t get. He will probably turn in to some kind of weird republican zombie.
He will sit there on the Supreme Court for years to come.
