The Quotable Schrödinger’s Senator

Schrödinger’s Senator gives America the bird.

Schrödinger’s Senator, the physics paradox known in this dimension as Rand Paul, a man from the multiverse where anything is possible including being elected in the 2016 Goat Rodeo and being elected to the Senate or both or neither can happen at the same time or never, has something to say about dewormers:

“The hatred for Trump deranged these people so much that they’re unwilling to objectively study [ivermetin]. So someone like me that’s in the middle on it, I can’t tell you because they will not study ivermectin. They will not study hydroxychloroquine without the taint of their hatred for Donald Trump.”

They’ve studied the dewormer, Aqua Buddha. Both the FDA and the CDC have warned Americans against using Ivermectin —a parasite treatment— to treat the Trump-Virus, which is a viral disease. Large doses of it can be dangerous and cause serious harm.

He forgot bleach – will nobody study bleach!?!?!? Isn’t there somebody out there wearing a lab coat who’s judgment and scientific analysis capabilities are not tainted with TFG hatred who will consider the benefits of drinking bleach to treat the hoax virus?!?!?!? Anybody?!?!?!

He has a solid point (visible on the top of his head). Can you imagine how difficult it must be to conduct scientific research with your eyes rolled all the way back in your head?

    Yet the facts remain…

  3. Won’t someone please explain to Senator Numbnuts (R- Freedonia) that our justifiable hatred for the orange former guy has nothing to do with this situation. I give Ivermectin to my dog once a month to prevent heartworm. Heartworm in humans is almost non-existent, but there ARE already clinical studies going on concerning the use of Ivermectin to treat COVID. As of yet, there is no evidence of its efficacy. Even the manufacturer (who, by the way stands to make tons of money from sales) says DO NOT USE ON HUMANS.

Shudder I read something about that, maybe on Wonkette – they claim these bits of intestinal lining are “ropeworms”, a mysterious parasite which has no skeleton or carapace, no mouth parts, no segments.

Something must be seriously wrong with Kentucky, given that Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul are their Senators.

Yeah, the republican ‘base’ of voters there mainly consist of ex-coal workers either too sick or too lazy to get retrained for other jobs and wistfully buy into republican bullshit about those antiquated jobs coming back while they spend their meager disability checks on meth and OxyContin…

What aqua budha will never admit to publicly is that ivermectin personally cures those persistent sores on the inside of his mouth from fellating so many donkeys.

Why doesn’t Tribble Head certify himself as a clinical physician and start recruiting volunteers throughout the country to take his ‘treatment’. That would be the Libertarian solution to this problem rather than bitching about no one else doing it.

This is more of the pre-violence rhetoric coming from right wing congresspeople encouraging the attacks on the “others” on the road to fascism. A hop, skip and jump away.
