PHOENIX — An appeals court on Thursday rejected an effort by the Arizona Senate to keep secret records of its ongoing review of the 2020 election in Maricopa County that are in the possession of the contractors conducting the recount.
The Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that the documents sought by the watchdog group American Oversight detailing how the recount and audit are being conducted are public and must be turned over.
Republicans who control the Senate argued that because the records are maintained by its contractors, they were not subject to public records law and that legislative immunity applies. But the court said that was not the case
I guess we now get to learn about the latest in hi-tech bamboo detection!
Anyway, the way I see it is that they either come out gunz blazing that The Big Lie was the most brazen stolen election ever in the history of this world and any other —damn Lord Soros!— or they have to mumble that the dog ate their homework. I suppose they could say, oops! Nothing to see here, but that seems unlikely.
Nope, the end result really is going to be that the terrible sand people of the Terrible Sand Kingdom of Arizonastan are going to end up holding the bag for this nonsense, buy new voting equipment, pay the Cyber Ninnies, and walk around with egg on their faces that they got snookered.
No matter how you shake that thing, Cyber Ninnies are probably never gonna have another client again.
