Whaddup, Colorado?

The  nutty Big Lie prion disease that is currently effecting the Terrible Sand Kingdom of Arizonastan has jumped borders into Colorado, with all of the usual side effects and players:

CBS Denver:

“Mesa County must replace its election equipment after a security breach. Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold said in a news conference on Thursday morning that Tina Peters, the county clerk in the western Colorado county, lied to her office.

“Griswold, a Democrat, says the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder’s office directed staff to turn off video surveillance of its voting equipment prior to a May 25 voting machine update session, thus making it unable to verify the chain of custody of the machines.”

This is an absolute breach, btw. It would be like turning off the surveillance cameras at the bank. But wait, there’s more!

“…Furthermore, Griswold said an unauthorized person attended the May 25 session. That was when, Griswold said, passwords were accessed and recently posted onlineby what she called conspiracy theorists. Griswold said Peters was misleading about the employment status of that unauthorized person.”

So, turning off the surveillance cameras with a bandit in the room, who then posts on the innernets the combo to the vault.

Pillowhead’s Cyber Symposium makes an exciting backdrop to this story, too:

“Peters, a Republican, is attending a conference this week on unbacked claims of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.”

I won’t link to it, but The Stupidest Man On The Internet™  has the agitprop on this story with the teaser, “Mesa County Colorado Clerk Tina Peters Tells Shocking Story on How Her Office Was Raided As She Was En Route to Symposium.”

This runs over into the previous post, but while they’re demanding Gov. Cox change his name in Utah, they oughta slip over the border to the east into Mesa County, CO, and demand the same thing of Tina Peters.
