Sweet, sweet relief

What are they teaching the callous Yutes of Today in school anyway?

Indiana University students ask Supreme Court to block vaccine mandate

A group of Indiana University students filed an appeal Friday with the Supreme Court challenging the school’s coronavirus vaccine mandate.

Eight students called for the high court to take up the case following an appeals court ruling this week that backed the university’s decision to require all students returning to campus to get vaccinated or wear masks, except in cases where a student may have a medical condition or a religious reason, USA Today reported.

The students reportedly argued in their appeal that the mandate by Indiana University (IU) is an infringement on their 14th Amendment rights.

Wouldn’t it just be easier to pledge a frat and get hazed?

  1. All students are adults, are entitled to make their own medical treatment decisions, and have a constitutional right to bodily integrity, autonomy, and of medical treatment choice

    1) yes this is true, and you have the option of not attending.

    2) Pssst! Anyone wanna tell these folks that this is essentially the argument made in Roe v Wade ? I’ve got 10,000 quatloos on these being a bunch of jeebus-fondling republicans.

“…No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States”.

Well there’s the rub. They won’t have any immunities unless they TAKE THE DAMN VACCINE.

I bet there can be a few thousand IU student in favor of a mask mandate, if for no other reason than to not be around these eight.
