(UPDATED) The Beginning of the End for Trump Company?

It was always the Kobayashi Maru for Weisselberg: it was either going to be Tax Fraud or Bank Fraud; personally I think it was both.

And now we wait. Not just for what happens to Lord Damp Nut, but for the other shoe to drop. I expect all the banks to call in their loans, immediately, and that’s pretty much the end of the Trump Company.

If I were Mel, I would be on the phone getting the pre-nup activated before Trump is stripped of assets.

If I were Baron, I’d watch the Menendez Brothers documentary and take notes.

  3. Some twitter thoughts about the indictments. There’s someone named “Unidicted Co-Conspirator #1” in the indictments

    They have both sets of books. They’re alleging that 2005-2021 there was a continual schem to understate income of Trump Co execs in order to evade taxes.

    They have records of Wisselberg and others getting tuition expense paid from Trump’s personal checking account
