Former Prznint and Future Inmate Speculation

Hair Füror changes public housing address?

“Is it irresponsible to speculate? It would be irresponsible not to.” – Bacardi Lifetime Achievement Winner, Peggy Noonan, Wall St. Journal, April 2000.

This tweet floated across my timeline last night:

…and reminded me that the Trump Org was supposed to convince the D.A. why the organization itself should not be charged with a crime. Note that no one is saying anything about Lord Damp Nut… yet.

“Attorneys for the Trump Organization met with New York prosecutors on Monday to argue that former president Donald Trump’s company should not be criminally charged over its business dealings.”

The DA’s office reportedly told Trump’s lawyer, Ronald Fischetti, they were moving forward, and would be pursuing charges against Trump Organization employees who did not pay taxes on corporate benefits and perks. And suddenly we see the game: get the small fish to flip on the medium fish, and then they will turn on the big fish, Lord Damp Nut hisself.

Anyway, the stuff we’re hearing from Fishchetti that LDN is not being indicted, while true at the moment, does not mean it will be true later.

It’s a lawyerly sin of omission, not commission.

I’d feel a little bit bad for the small and medium fish, but they knew they worked the shittiest person ever. They could have left when they figured that out. So, fuck ’em
