Where Are They Now?

The Stupid Coup

(H/T: Twitter)

They are running for Congress.

A New Hampshire man facing charges for taking part in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot is now hoping to head back to Washington as a member of Congress.

Jason Riddle said he is still working on the details of his campaign for office…

…But the supporter of former President Donald Trump doesn’t think his riot case will hurt his campaign. In fact, just the opposite.

“In the long run, if you’re running for office, any attention is good attention, so I think it will help me,” Riddle said.

I’m predicting that there is going to be a Stupid Coup Caucus.

That’s along the line I was thinking-there already is one, it seems. I know my legislators (both houses) are current members, and brazenly arrogant about it. sigh

There’s always room for one more cray-cray caucus in the republican party. That’s why they say they are a ‘big tent’.

Isn’t that the guy whose son called the FBI because of his claims? The one whose wife thinks he is just being a drama queen about how insurrection-ey he was, that he was just exaggerating about what a big man he was for breaking into the off-limits capitol buildings, and telling a cop he (the cop) was going to need a bigger gun?
    Brilliant.
