Happy Hour News

Derek Chauvin, you know, the convicted murderer of George Floyd,  has asked the court for leniency in sentencing because… cops behind bars have a short life span.

Derek Chauvin’s attorney has filed a motion requesting that a Minnesota judge only sentence him to probation and time served, arguing that a police officer’s life expectancy is shorter than that of a civilian.

The motion, filed Wednesday, comes roughly three weeks ahead of Chauvin’s sentencing hearing. The former officer faces up to 40 years in prison for the murder of George Floyd.

The state is requesting a sentence of 360 months, or 30 years, according a court document filed Wednesday.

Cry me a fucking river. If there was any justice someone will kneel on his neck.

  6. fucking yes, kind of like people accused of minor misdemeanors have reduced life spans when you have a violent white supremacist cop kneel on his neck for 10 mnutes or so. Fuck this asshole.

He’s the kind of guy who would murder his parents and then ask for lenience since he is now an orphan.

At least he didn’t ask the judge for leniency because he became an orphan after being sentence for the murder of his parents.
