Make mine a double, CNN:

Prosecutors investigating Trump tell witness to prepare for grand jury testimony

Let’s cut to the chase: this means that the DA isn’t just collecting evidence, they are PRESENTING evidence! The DA’s office is much further along than we thought!

Manhattan prosecutors pursuing a criminal case against former President Donald Trump, his company and its executives have told at least one witness to prepare for grand jury testimony, according to a person familiar with the matter — a signal that the lengthy investigation is moving into an advanced stage.

The development suggests that the Manhattan district attorney’s office is poised to transition from collecting evidence to presenting what is likely a complex case to a grand jury, one that could result in the jury considering criminal charges.

Hot damn!

I’ve heard of a federal grand jury lasting for years over a drug possession charge. This grand jury is going to meet 3 days a week for 6 months. Meanwhile, prosecutors will likely present a complex case. Good luck with that.

    Howdy y’all!

I don’t think that state AG James wouldn’ta signed on with Vance’s case if they didn’t have a strong case. I don’t think that Vance woulda convened a special grand jury unless he thought he had a strong case. I also don’t think that they woulda done this if Allen Weisselberg hadn’t already flipped.

Presentation of evidence is past collection of evidence …

Don’t go to grand jury unless you think you have enough evidence.

All those misses is why I’m getting meaner …

I heard someone on TV say that it is like they are presenting what will be in the indictment to the jury. You know it must be true because I heard it on TV. Anyway I thought that was interesting.
