Happy Hour News
Guys, let’s meet J.J. Humphry! He’s a state senator from Oklahoma, who previously was most noted for trying to legislate Bigfoot Hunting Season.
Anyway, it seems he has a new hobby:
It’s a short article and it would be in poor form to copy the pertinent bit, so go read it. But I will tease you with the reaction after he said his piece:
An audible gasp was heard from many representatives after Rep. Humphrey’s comment was made.
Rep. Emily Virgin, D-Norman, then spoke asking that representatives be reminded that profane, obscene, or indecent language is prohibited in the house. To which Rep. Humphrey apologized for using profane language but not for his comment comparing the Black Lives Matter Movement to the KKK.
He’s a winner.
