Oklahoma, Whaddup?

Your Rapist’s Baby?

You will have your rapist’s baby:

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt signed a bill to immediately outlaw abortion in Oklahoma if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns the 1973 case that legalized abortion.

Stitt signed the so-called “trigger” bill late Tuesday. The law would become effective once the attorney general determines the U.S. Supreme Court overrules Roe v. Wade, the landmark ruling that legalized abortion.

The Republicans of Oklahoma see the role of women as incubators. As we’ve noted before:

  • The right to live ends at birth.
  • Christian fundies are all about punishing The Skirts for Mankind being thrown out of the garden.

If we somehow make it off this the only ball of rock we know of we can live on, having poisoned the thin layer of potentially toxic gasses we live in to toxicity, to inhabitability, we will have been turned out of the garden. Big Yella’ Taxi

Before Roe v Wade thousands of American women died in abortion every year. Since Roe v Wade fewer than a dozen American women die in abortion every year.

They’re bringing back “the good ol’ days!”

I recently became aware of a high-level legal perspective to the Roe v Wade reversal concept that I really like. Playing devils advocate gives us the following
    1) life begins at conception
    2) abortion is murder of a person by another person
    3) therefore, forced pregnancy & birth is the enforced use of one persons body ( the mother) by another person (the fetus)
    4) given that concept, can I force you to grow another ear on your back cause my ear got cut off? What about harvesting a kidney? you only need one. Can i have half your liver? Mine is failing. What about blood? Can i force you to donate blood?

The legal implications are STAGGERING, and i have never heard of this idea before recently. I like it.

Ima force some GQPers to give me their insulin, and make a fortune in the diabeetus market.
