The Coup Klux Klan don’t try to hide it at all anymore. They are putting the racists on their front porch:

‘America First Caucus’ Tied to Marjorie Greene Spews Creepy Nativist Rhetoric About ‘Anglo-Saxon Traditions’

A new caucus tied to Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Paul Gosar (R-AZ) has shared a platform with blatantly nativist language, arguing in favor of “uniquely Anglo-Saxon political traditions” and new infrastructure that “befits the progeny of European architecture.”

“When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.”

But let’s see some specifics of what they, uh, stand for (emphasis mine):

In the document obtained by Punchbowl News, the “America First Caucus” vows to follow in former President Trump’s footsteps—“and potentially step on some toes and sacrifice sacred cows for the good of the American nation.” The group’s platform rails against immigration and America’s education system, claiming it “has worked to actively undermine pride in America’s great history and is actively hostile to the civic and cultural assimilation necessary for a strong nation.”

“History has shown that societal trust and political unity are threatened when foreign citizens are imported en-masse into a country, particularly without institutional support for assimilation and an expansive welfare state to bail them out should they fail to contribute positively to the country,” the document says.

Who would fall for racist clap-trap like that?!

According to Punchbowl, Reps. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) and Barry Moore (R-AK) have accepted invitations to join the group.

Oh. I guess it would be easier to ask who in the GQP would turn it down.

Is Lauren Boebert even trying to hold up her side of the nuthouse? Greene and Gosar seem to be doing all of the heavy lifting these days.

Anglo-Saxon traditions? Ever since 1066, even England hasn’t lived by Anglo-Saxon traditions. And while I’m at it, why does everyone totally ignore the Jutes?

Hey, nobody’s ignoring the Jutes. Israel is still in the news, in case you haven’t noticed.

    • Also there is no fucking thing as “anglo-saxon” architecture. British colonial architecture is all stolen from Greeks and Romans. Who not only faked their way through it, but used vast arrays of slaves to building. And all those pale, fake articles that I am sure they were thinking about, the colonnades and arches and such….. are Fake Architecture. First of all, the inspirations, the Agora and such, were never monochromatic, but were painted in wildly vibrant colors. Prideful colors, if you will.Weathering made all the coloring dissolve. Second of all, England made all of it their own, because as colonial occupiers, they stole and combined it with French architecture. The Greeks would never recognize Parliament. And then, those rebellious assholes like Jefferson stole a handful of those forms and shapes, and filled them in with bricks because we didn’t have enough marble.

What they are talking about is creating buildings that reinforce white supremacy. And that, frankly was what Trump’s ridiculous directive did.

  4. I wonder if we want to tell them that the French kicked the Anglo-Saxon’s asses and took over their country along about 1066?

Remind them that the old marketing jingle “Beef, it’s whats for dinner!” absolutely comes from the French who kicked the Anglo-Saxon’s asses in 1066.

That the Anglo-Saxons themselves were immigrants?

That Anglo-Saxon is not just code for Wypipo?

Yeah, well, the Normans got paid back for their invasion of England in 1066 by England and others invading Normandy in June of 1944, so everything’s even, right?

well I’m both Anglo and Saxon, but mostly of Scottish heritage, and have long believed immigration is a net plus for this country. One of America’s preeminent agriculture scientists was born a slave (technically not an immigrant?), put himself through Iowa State University and went on to do research at Tuskegee U. His name was George Washington Carver. It’s so short sighted to believe immigration lessens our country when the evidence points the other direction. But then you have to have a basic understanding that evidence is not a conspiracy…

Um, what are Anglo Saxons doing in the Americas? If they are unable to assimilate they should go back where they came from damn it.

By “foreign citizens…imported en masse” I assume they mean from Africa against their will. Very woke of them to acknowledge, after all this time, the abomination of slavery. Although the positive contributions of their descendants dwarf those of the Boeberts and Greenes by several orders of magnitude.
