Donny was so sure that “his people” would carry the attack that he made no other arrangements. I’m sure the proud-children, and 2 and a half percenters, helped convince him there was a plan, but there wasn’t. And just like in their own lives, his people failed.
I almost pity Pense, hung out to dry like that. If he had spoken the truth afterward, I would have anyway. But no, he covered for the slimeball, and that is inexcusable to me.
The picture of Donny giddily watching the events of his riot on TV should have been enough to convict him of Treason. I am still waiting on that.

If I read this correctly, the DC National Guard reviewed the risks and came up with a plan that was basically “let’s plan on traffic control – can’t have a traffic jam” but pitched their planning as saying they have a plan in place to deal with potential riots.
Sounds like urban planning that amounts to curbs painted to look like they have curb cuts for bicycles and wheelchairs.
