Secretary Haaland is the first Native American cabinet-level secretary in US history, and the symbolism of post being the Secretary of The Interior is not lost on us.

    Hooray! Somebody who actually respects the land is in charge of our land management agencies. And she totally rocks the corn-butterfly skirt!
    In other good news – the climate change page on EPA’s website is back up. It appears that career scientists have successfully outlasted the political hacks that were appointed to dismantle our environmental regulatory system. It is encouraging, but it is still going to take a lot of time to undo the damage from the former guy.
