Oops, Said Faceberg (Part Infinity)

As everyone probably already knows, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (Q-Georgeduh) posted an anti-trans sign outside her office, which is directly across the hall from Rep. Marie Newman (D-IL), whose daughter is transgender. Location, Location, Location!

So what does this have to do with Facebook, you ask?

So we don’t start the morning with a downer, The House passed the Equality Act, a landmark LGBTQ rights bill with sweeping discrimination protections. Now on to the Senate where Rand Paul can distinguish hisself agin.

I don’t think “gender” is a scientific concept, particularly. As a grammatical concept, in English, there are three genders. Culturally, it dedepnds on the culture how many genders there are. However, in a cultural context having two genders doesn’t really matter; it’s the relationship between gender and sex that seems to upset folks.

Marjorie Traitor Greene believes there are 2 distinct genders with no tolerable level of crossover fluidity and I don’t doubt that she would advocate for girls wearing pink with dresses long hair makeup and nail polish, and boys wearing blue and pants plus short hair and none of that other stuff. However I think gun-waving, bullying, aggressiveness, and macho posturing is not consistent with the behavioral model of her (apparent) female gender; so perhaps she is more into equality than she realizes.
