I heard a rumor it was the “Hole-in-the-Wall” gang who shut it down; they still need to be able to slip back and forth across the border, when the necessity arises.

That’s outside of Nogales. There is about 12 miles of wall there separating the border towns. It stretches about 8 mile east and 4 miles west of town. It looks like the video was taken several miles out in one direction or the other. So plugging to hole would force anybody trying to sneak through to walk another mile or two. If they’ve already made the trek from Central America I don’t think that will be much of a deterrent. But, okay, Miss Graham go ahead and spend our tax dollars and tell me what a fiscal conservative you are.
