He’s going to emulate Vincent “the Chin” Gigante and try to hide behind dementia to help his defense. He probably really does suffer from dementia. It’s not nearly bad enough for a mental incapacity defense, but it’s not as if he doesn’t have a lot of quite real material to work with in pretending to be more disabled than he really is.
