Business
We’ve long said that while the rest of the world is playing chess, the Trump Crime Family isn’t even playing checkers. They are incapable of seeing the next step. There is no strategy.
As proof, I submit into evidence what the W$J tells us…
“Former President Donald Trump saw sharp revenue declines across his family businesses last year as the Covid-19 pandemic took a steep toll on the Trump Organization’s hotels and golf resorts, a marker of the many financial challenges Mr. Trump faces after leaving the White House.”
You mean, if Lord Damp Nut had paid attention to the Trump-Virus, maybe he wouldn’t be heading towards insolvency as his massive loans come due?
“Newly released data from the Office of Government Ethics shows that the minimum revenue generated by Mr. Trump’s businesses fell by nearly 40% from a year earlier, and declined even more at some of the company’s most lucrative properties.”
…or maybe that was just the business as run by Twizzler, noted boy genius.
“The issues facing the Trump Organization are likely to get worse in the coming months.”
Good.

Unlike the banks the Russian gangsters won’t respect a bankruptcy ruling by the court.
But he doesn’t need to know that. Or he’s, rightly expecting the secret service to protect him from them.

It’s one thing to have run fraudulent businesses under cover of daily life, but it’s quite another to have had your fraudulent businesses conducted during a presidential term where scrutiny abounds. We surely haven’t seen all of his illegal transactions since he was elected in 2016, but there are many that we have seen. And now that Trump has been caught in shady schemes and faces impeachment again, there will be a permanent stain on his brand.
He won’t lose everything or everyone. But he’ll lose a lot.
