I can see why the Minister for Culture & Stuff wants “The Crown” to come with a THIS IS FICTION label. If people are fooled by this, they need labels.

BTW it’s HM The Queen. Her relatives are HRH.

I found HM the Queen’s actual speech extremely timely and moving.

The accompanying videos of her with frontline health workers and of them in action, including a Zoom Audience, extremely moving.

In the shot where she visits the Tomb of the Unknown Warrior in Westminster Abbey, the British Soldier who is laying the actual flowers is Colour Sergeant Johnson Beharry, the first Briton to receive a non-posthumous Victoria Cross since the Korean War. He’s originally from Grenada.

He earned the hardware in Iraq in 2005, and survived a suicide attempt from PTSD years later. He still serves in the London District of the British Army in a PR role, and heads a charity to get youth away from gangs and into positive lives.

There are nine living recipients of the Victoria Cross: three Britons, John Cruickshank from WW2, Beharry from Iraq, Joshua Leakey from the legendary family for Afghanistan; one Gurkha for Borneo, Rambahadur Limbu; four Australians: Keith Payne from Vietnam; Mark Donaldson, Ben Roberts-Smith, and Daniel Keighran, all for Afghanistan; and New Zealander Willie Apiata, for Afghanistan.

    Incredible guys, all of them.

I don’t know, it looked not real. I do respect her, but not this version. She is a very brave lady.
She might be the last one we ever have. Looks like we are in for a succession of Boris, Vladimir and Donald.

Also i think i love this old lady because not so much what she did. Can you imagine?
Queen Elizabeth the Second! What a responsibility. I think she did okay.
