The Betting Window Remains Open

Tiger Beat on the Potomac (thanks Charlie!) gives us this nugget of Prznint Stupid’s day:

TRUMP’S THURSDAY — The president — who is at his Palm Beach resort — has nothing on his public schedule. The daily guidance included this note: “As the Holiday season approaches, President Trump will continue to work tirelessly for the American People. His schedule includes many meetings and calls.” VP MIKE PENCE has nothing on his schedule.

OK, kids, Lord Damp Nut is at Merde-a-Lardo: will he return to the Whitey House or will his former fixer Michael Cohen be right (that Hair Füror remains in exile there)?

I think a large part of it depends on the weather. If it’s fifty or below, he’ll probably stay in Florida.

Staying at Merde-a-Lardo means trump can rack up more golf outings, complete with those sweet charges to the Secret Service. Just another gift trump can give himself.

Is there a cigarette boat at Merde d’Lardo? With enough fuel to get to Epstein Island?

I don’t know how many of y’awl ever rode the outlaw trail, but having rode it a time or two I’m having a hard time expressing just how enjoyable it is to see a amateur get boxed in. To appreciate it … the guy’s got no way out baby, just can’t go out that door. Between the Secret Service, paparazzi and prosecutors the mango-hued shit-gibbon hasn’t got a second to himself. There is no way he can get away. Getting him out of the country right now would be a real-life James Bond endeavor. There is no way he can get away; no cigarette boat to Jeff’s Island, no late-night helicopter ride to one of Erik and Betsy Prince’s $20million boats, no oil-tanker to Israel (though I’m sure that’s where Javanka will land) … no Trump Tower in Moscow – Russia or Idaho. And all he had to do was keep his head down, his mouth shut, and he would have gotten away with everything else e had done.

Maybe he’ll hijack Airforce 1 and make them take him to Cuba?

If he has a “foreign policy” trip between now and January 20, that’s when he makes his break for it.

I’m predicting the Saudis gives him port, but I don’t think he has any value to Putin as a useful idiot now that he’s accessed all of our state secrets, and Kim won’t care for his old pen pal once he lost propaganda value.

If he comes back, he risks further embarrassment since his narcissism will never allow him to back down from his claims that he is still president. Whether forced to leave the White House on January 20th by law enforcement, or walking out on his own accord, or squatting there while the rest of the world points and laughs, there is no outcome that his fragile ego can tolerate if he returns. If he stays in Florida, he can say that he’s doing so out of protest, and retain a shadow of dignity. Or “dignity.” Or possibly “dignitude.” Whatever it is, it’s preferable to graciously handing authority over to the Biden administration which his only other non-shameful option.
