Bloomberg tells us that scholars are studying Reagan:
“Tax cuts for rich people breed inequality without providing much of a boon to anyone else, according to a study of the advanced world that could add to the case for the wealthy to bear more of the cost of the coronavirus pandemic.
“The paper, by David Hope of the London School of Economics and Julian Limberg of King’s College London, found that such measures over the last 50 years only really benefited the individuals who were directly affected, and did little to promote jobs or growth.”
Award those two doctorates NOW!
Who knew that that scholars were studying the obvious: Give rich people money, they get richer.
Anyway, it was the start of the modern Republican Party and our slide into Plutocracy and Authoritarianism, so thanks bunches St. Ronnie.

And money is just like manure, in that it does best when it’s spread about a bit. But the Lawn Odor folks on the (R) side seem to serve up the BS as a main dish, as inappropriate as that is, and they keep forcing it on us, as if it’s a Papal Decree.
