Kelly Loeffler Poses With Former KKK Leader, Now Claims She Had No Idea
Two days after Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) posed for a photo with former Ku Klux Klan leader Chester Doles, leading to outcry from Jewish activists, Loeffler’s campaign insisted Sunday that she had no idea who Doles was.
But Doles’ profile as a white supremacist was prominent enough that he was ejected from a campaign rally in September featuring Loeffler and Rep.-elect Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. Loeffler claimed then as well that she wasn’t aware of any controversy linked to Doles.
We’ve said from the start that someone on her campaign knew who he was and made the choice to pose the candidate with the klansman. So we’re now expected to believe that they knew who he was before, but no longer?
Filing this one under Claim Chowder.
Sure they knew. Frankly- I am surprised that they are denying it. Seriously- it’s not any secret which candidate is supported by the KKK in this election. The only way to beat Loeffler is to get out the vote. It’s going to be a straight up party fight of who can get the most people to the polls. Who are you going to vote for? The white lady or the black guy? It’s going to come down to racism and voter turnout. But come on, who is surprised by that? It’s ugly here in GA these days, and it is only going to get uglier until the winner is declared. And after that- well, who knows?

Perhaps they should consider posting a picture of her with her ‘black friend’. For balance.

With this specific dilemna, Loeffler’s status as a carpetbagging, corrupt corporate hack shouldn’t be in question since she, unlike Jawga-born morally bankrupt republicans, failed to reached out to MLK’s two sons who are always looking for financial handouts in return for AA credibility & respect.

He wanted to take a picture with her precisely because he knew who she was and what her values are. She can feign ignorance but he knew. That should be the point.
