Tracking the Electoral College

Here Lies American Democracy

Thanks to CNN, you can track today’s Electoral College vote:

CNN is tracking the Electoral College process in real time and will fill in the electoral votes below [ED – they have a graphic and a spreadsheet you can track as the votes come in. –TG] as they occur December 14. Electors are expected to hold their meetings between 10 a.m. ET on the East Coast and about 7 p.m. ET in Hawaii. Most states hold the vote in their state capital.

I’m going to keep a tab open because

Michigan Republican legislative leaders pulled [MI GOP Rep. Gary Eisen] from his committee assignments Monday after the lawmaker hinted he was part of a group that sought to disrupt or otherwise undermine the Electoral College vote slated to happen at the Capitol this afternoon.

I have no idea what’s going on there, but sounds like the ol’ rat is greased up. We noted earlier that Michigan shut down the capitol in anticipation of violence today. Probably unrelated?

I hope the Biden/Harris states wait to announce. Get Stupid’s hopes up (again) and then crush them (again) like so many rancid grapes.

But how could Trump be winning, and then suddenly Biden pulls ahead from a completely unexpected influx of electoral college votes at the last minute? Just proves the voter fraud IMO.

Look, it’s none of my business but the electoral college thing is wack. If it is not weird enough, there are squirrely little bits in Maine and Nevada where there are special congressional things in the state. Was this designed by puzzle fans?

      Nebraska. Maine and Nebraska.
Apparently this is all part of the States Rights thingy, where those two states decided to cast their electoral votes proportionally rather than a winner takes all sweepstakes.
I do agree that the electoral college is whack.

  5. Oy. Some MAGAt’s from the TSKoA thought they had a foolproof method

I’m not 100% sure about AZ, but in general I do belive knowingly notarizing forged documents is cause for losing your notary license…

    • MDavis says:

Isn’t it also a federal offence to cast a vote that you are not authorized to cast? In confession and projection news, isn’t this exactly what these idjits are accusing others of, casting votes they are not empowered to cast? Only these guys are attempting to cast votes that represent millions of people.

Congrats to all for getting rid of The Orange Pustule. There are enormous uncertainties about the future but just enjoy the moment.
