I imagine he expected “his” justices to push it on his behalf and return the favor of him giving them their jobs. Some “very disappointed” tweets coming.
In other legal news Christopher Krebs has filed suit in Maryland against diGenova, Trump for President Inc. and Newsmax for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, aiding and abetting. GOOD!
But, it ain’t over yet, is it? There’s the bribe-prone Bill Paxton, Sec of State, direct to SCOTUS case against the four swing states to have their electoral votes removed from the college. And, there’s the Pennsylvania legislature’s suit against the Pennsylvania slate of electors trying to force them not to vote.
SCOTUS unanimously declined to hear Mike Kelly’s Pennsylvania case and dismissed it with one curt sentence. I don’t think SCOTUS will hear Wisconsin’s case and they probably won’t take these other two losers either.

Christ, he’s so pathetic. He’s willing to play lapdog for a guy who attacked his wife.
