Deep Thoughts From Tom Cotton

Noted birthday cake fiend and all-around fascist Tom Cotton gives us a master class in projection:

Did you see how he quickly changed the conversation to Hillary Clinton and then started Gish-Galloping at full throttle? Jake Tapper  is generally a good journalist, or at least well-intended, and he clearly thought he was asking a straight-forward yes/no question and you can tell he wasn’t prepared for the onslaught, the firehose of lies spewing right at him. You can almost read his mind, “WTF is this guy saying?!”

While I’m sure that Tapper could push back (and if the clip were longer, maybe he does?), but the real issue here is why did Tapper have a known liar like Cotton on his show to begin with? What is newsworthy in this? What did we learn (other than Cotton is a consumate liar and clearly is running in 2024 and doesn’t want Hair Füror to mean-tweet him)?

If I were Tapper, I would fire the segment producer, and blacklist that living Q-Tip from being on his show ever again. That was embarrassing.

Cotten speaks to an audience of one, and it’s not Donald. He’s got a direct pipeline to Putin himself and he’s dancing to his master’s tune. Sic Simper Traitorus!
