Trump Is Trying To Kill Us, Part Infinity

Lord Damp Nut is not a monster, he’s just ahead of the curve.

Imagine if five months ago we Americans got a signal from our gubmint that we should wear masks, but even handed them to us. Twilight Zone episode?

Newly revealed USPS documents show an agency struggling to manage Trump, Amazon and the pandemic

“…The records also offer fresh detail about the Postal Service’s precarious position in the White House’s early pandemic response. At one point in April, USPS leaders drafted a news release announcing plans to distribute 650 million masks nationwide, enough to offer five face coverings to every American household. The document, which includes quotations from top USPS officials and other specifics, was never sent. But it suggests that the government’s initial interest in tapping the Postal Service as part of its campaign to combat the coronavirus may have been far more advanced than initially reported this spring.”

The 4th Reich shut it down because:

“There was concern from some in the White House Domestic Policy Council and the office of the vice president that households receiving masks might create concern or panic.”

Where have we heard that one before?

Oh. yeah.

Let’s see if I can fire up the (t)rusty old memory thingy, and recall who’s son-in-law was in charge of the Coronavirus Task Force back then, and was so intent on “cornering the Market” in PPE and the like. Someone with such acute business acumen that he would never OK a free give-away, not when there’s a profit to be made by getting various states to try to outbid each other for such desperately-needed equipment, all while denying the Federal Gubmint is supposed to facilitate the dispersal of such.
And who went on to blame mostly Blue-state gubbernors for their apparent lack of success in slowing the spread of the Virus by being unable to ensure the Health Care workers in their regions had adequate resources.
It will come to me eventually……….I’ll have to get back to you on this one.

This act by the postal service, to send out masks across the country, would have saved thousands of lives. The fact that the Trump admins canceled the distribution proves again that they knew and deliberately stopped this very real aid from reaching American citizens.

This sets me on fire. This should be the lead story on national news so whoever still watches TV can see that the president does want them dead. He has blood on his hands.

Now, I’m only going by my memory, which at 76 years is beginning to show signs of lapses, but these are stories which I, at least, remember from the last 9 months. (1) The White House was pulling together all the masks it could, (2} It was claimed that someone (Hi, Jared) had been selling large quantities of masks to China. (3) In response to that claim, unnamed persons at the
White House made a large purchase of masks from China. (4) Sometime later, it was reported that several medical institutions had reported that the masks provided had been found to be useless, either through being the wrong kind of mask or due to the shoddiness of their manufacture

    (5) Ever since then, my possibly errant mind has speculated that perhaps we have been had by the Chinese, either with the White House’s connivance or through the imbecility of the people working in the White House. (Hi, again, Jared)

    (6) This post is doing nothing toward laying the ghost of my fears about this possible story to rest.

Their timeline needs more work. Things started shutting down around these parts in the middle of March. By the end of March, you couldn’t find a roll of toilet paper or a package of hamberder or an N95 mask in the entire region. If that’s not already a sign of panic, I don’t know what is. Course I live in a blue state so they may want to start prefacing this particular lie with they didn’t want to panic people in “RED” states. At least that is slightly more believable.
