Trump said in his interview with the Review-Journal that he is not afraid of getting the coronavirus from speaking at the indoor rally.
“I’m on a stage and it’s very far away,” Trump said. “And so I’m not at all concerned.”
“I’m more concerned about how close you are, to be honest,” Trump told a Review-Journal reporter who thought she was socially distanced.
And he makes no mention of concern for the packed in crowd (which he said was 5,ooo) of un-masked mouthbreathers, because it is all about him.
It’s Lord Farquaad all over again.

So why didn’t the reporter ask him about the crowd and if he was concerned about them?

You use that word “relieved”. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Tengrain, of all people, would know the meaning of “relieved.”

Trump is a cult leader. His followers are willing to die for him. That’s all we need to know, and proof that he’ll keep a minimum 38% dedicated voters.

the more rallies he has, the lower that 38% number gets. Admittedly, holding events that are guaranteed to kill your voters is an ODD election strategy….
