    I dont think she’s saying they promised a covid vaccine; she’s using RW shorthand to refer to Ebola, H1N1, and/or Zika. *. Of course she’s wrong about the effectiveness of the Obama-Biden responses, but these are the events that RWers currently refer to, and lie about, when make no this dishonest comparison.

    as with pseudoscience the claimant is typically vague, because this gives them one possible escape hatch against valid criticism (i.e., “I wasn’t taking about X, I was talking about something else”)
