News You Can Use: State-by-State Voting Info

Just do it!

Axios(!) did something useful, guys!

When and how to vote in all 50 states

Millions of Americans who normally vote in person on election day will turn to early voting or mail-in ballots this fall — but that only works if you understand your state’s election rules, deadlines and how to ensure your vote is counted.

They’ve collected it all and broken it out in a useful chart (un-embeddable) that you should go see. It lists for every state:

  • Where to apply for absentee ballots
  • Deadlines to apply
  • When early, in-person voting starts
  • Mail-in ballot deadlines

The more early voting there is, the greater the impacts if there are problems with the U.S. Postal Service, ballot shortages, confusion, lawsuits or delays.”

I will, and I will vote HARD, I will endeavor for my act of voting to actually make a startling noise.
