Covid Briefing, Briefly

Prznint Stupid resumed his daily coronavirus briefings yesterday by wishing noted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell well:

…and the Qspiracy traffickers promptly fainted.

Trump suggested Americans should wear masks, you know, after telling us that it was patriotic to wear one. The end result is Possum Hollar has that look like a Beagle that thinks it just heard its name, but isn’t quite sure: in the past day, Lord Damp Nut has:

  • attended a fundraiser without a mask
  • claimed that “by comparison to most other countries, who are suffering greatly, we are doing very well.”

Instructive quote:

“It will probably, unfortunately, get worse before it gets better — something I don’t like saying about things, but that’s the way it is. It’s the way — it’s what we have. If you look over the world, it’s all over the world, and it tends to do that.”

Tiger Beat has a review!

“Compared to previous disorderly spectacles that sometimes exceeded two hours, Trump’s appearance at a White House lectern on Tuesday hinted that significant changes are underway as he and his aides refocus their attention on the No. 1 threat standing between them and a second term. The format of the briefing — a mostly scripted, solo Trump — also suggested a detente was reached among opposing White House factions that spent the past few weeks clashing over the role their embattled boss should play in responding to the alarming resurgence of Covid-19 in southern and southwestern states.”

You can tell the 4th Reich held this briefing in the interest of public health because Dr. Fauci was not invited and had no idea it was happening.

The shout out to Ghislaine Maxwell was priceless. That’ll get him tons of goodwill and all the right places. Otherwise, this shitshow of gross incompetence was unsurprising. I didn’t see any of this but I’m told that when he read his statement he looked like he does in his classic hostage video mode.

This piece of shit can’t possibly leave the office of the president fast enough.

So he’s recommending people wear masks and social distance – 6 months and about 140,000 lives too late. Hope it costs him support/votes of the anti-mask crowd.

Be fair now. How could he be a “wartime president” if we didn’t have American casualties? It’s a good thing he did, a real good thing! One more criticism like this from you and it’s off to the cornfield!

Lord Dampnut has a good excuse about the lateness of his mask recommendation. Selling Goya beans from the Resolute Desk take time.

Totally creepy how closely LDN’s official actions on the southern border match some of the accusations against various individuals. How many other projections lurk in Q-lore?
It’s almost as though they see it but cannot admit where the real rot lies.
