Got that: states can regulate religion. Possum Hollar’s gonna love that.
Well, essentially Alito and Thomas argued that the Free Excercise clause over-rides the Establishment clause, and that was the outcome of the ruling anyway. Looks like the lunatics reading David Barton’s fanfic “history” (wherein he claims that the Free Excercise clause only applies to Christians, and therefore the Extablishment clause is moot)
