The Art of the Steal

Mel “Blow is just an expression,” Mel didn’t say.

Guys,  someone wrote a book about Mel and it’s not addressed to the Penthouse Forum:

“When Melania Trump stayed behind in New York after her husband’s presidential inauguration, she said it was because she didn’t want to interrupt their then-10-year-old son Barron’s school year. News stories at the time concentrated on an apparent frostiness between the first couple and the exorbitant taxpayer costs to protect Melania and Barron away from Washington. …

Was it a negotiating tactic? Why yes. Yes it was:

“The incoming first lady needed time to cool off, and ‘to amend her financial arrangement with Trump — what Melania referred to as “taking care of Barron,”’ Jordan writes in ‘The Art of Her Deal: The Untold Story of Melania Trump.’

The Art of Her Deal! Oh, Lord Damp Nut’s gonna want a cut off the top of that! Look, we all thought it was transactional, and lo! it was.

“Observers in the White House had noticed an uptick in her mood by mid-2018 that might account for her being so willing to fight for a second term. According to three people close to Trump, Jordan writes, Melania had finally renegotiated the prenup to her liking. She’d already been looking out for Barron’s future by making sure he had dual citizenship in Slovenia, which will position him to work in Europe for the Trump Organization when he comes of age.

That’s not going to happen as long as the Heir, the Spare, and Princess Purses have a breath left in their bodies…

“Now, she’d made sure he wasn’t shut out of the family business. Jordan writes: ‘She wanted proof in writing that when it came to financial opportunities and inheritance, Barron would be treated as more of an equal to Trump’s oldest three children.’”

Man, poor Tiffany. She’s gonna be diss’ed by Barron too.

Who said opposites attract? These two repulsive, greedy grifters are just alike and they both deserve each other.

The way I figure it, Barron should be around 50 by the time he receives his $1,000 check from what’s left of his fathers estate once the vultures and lawsuits get done picking the carcass clean.

I have noticed that many of the blogs you are linked to are no longer posting. For some, the last post was 2011. I used to post under the title Left of Centrist, but someone stole that, besides, I am so far left now I can no longer see the center. I just started blogging again for the first time since 2007. I hope you will do me the honor of adding Opinion Emporium to your blogroll.

      Robert –

Welcome to the MPS blogroll, it’s good to have you with us… again!

PS – I swept through the list recently and pruned off the dead blogs, but kept a few listed for sentimental reasons.
