The Supreme Court, under the rule of Chimpy McStagger’s appointee Chief Jester, er, Justice John Roberts gave Lord Damp Nut another solid:
The U.S. Supreme Court blocked House Democrats for now from getting access to confidential materials from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, granting a request from
President Donald Trump’s administration.
The order, which came Wednesday without noted dissent, raises new doubts about whether Democrats will see the information anytime soon, if at all. The order applies until the court acts on an appeal the administration has promised to file.
The court gave the Trump administration until June 1 to file the appeal, putting the case on a fast track that will let the justices say by July whether they will take up the case. Arguments would likely be in October at the earliest, meaning any ruling would come too late to help Democrats in the November election.
It’s not a final ruling, but it might as well be.
Whenever we exile Team Evil, and restore the Rule of Law, we must address the corruption of the SCOTUS. I’d be all in favor of impeaching Roberts, but I have no idea if he gets to be the judge of his own trial, and it wouldn’t surprise me a bit if he did. There’s nothing he is incapable of doing if it advances his agenda.

If and a big “IF”, the Mueller Report “exonerates Donny completely” as someone has said, then why is the report, not front-page news?
You would think if you were a thinking sort of person, that they must be hiding something that doesn’t exonerate him so clearly.
I’m starting to doubt the even Rand McNally could notate all the lies by this administration.
At least with Nixon, we still had a working Justice Department.

We knew, even before Mitch the Bitch blocked Merrit Garland, that the fix was in and that the Supreme Court was going to tilt heavily for the Republicans. With more lower courts now filled with Republican judges and the future of the Supreme Court looking shaky, especially with beloved RBG always on the line, healthwise, we are going to lose some big cases and decisions. It’s terrifying.

Waitaminnit there – it’s literally Congress’s JOB to oversee and investigate the Executive Branch, especially when serious malfeasance is suspected, but the Supremes are actively preventing them from performing their Constitutionally-mandated duties? Suppressing the evidence they need to determine if Cheetolini is guilty of something, which is somewhat apparent, as he’s been impeached for crimes allegedly committed above & beyond what Mueller found, but which are inextricably intertwined with those findings.
You can’t be found guilty if the court is not allowed to see and hear the evidence – it’s just “common sense, like with the Virus testing.
