    Spain proposes jailing infected people who break quarantine. I can’t think of a better way to spread the virus.

    In our little metropolis of 6.5K in Southern Illinois, our mayor is pretty much doing the same thing. No cussing though. He may be a Democrat but he’s also a devout Baptist.
