Opinions Differ: 3 Stooges Defend Shemp, er, Bill Barr

Meanwhile, at the White House

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy issued a statement Tuesday in support of Attorney General William Barr.

And meanwhile… More than 1,000 former Justice Department officials have called on Barr to resign for his role in politically sensitive investigations, after he intervened in the case of Roger Stone.

But Wait! There’s more!

The WaPo reports  that the head of the Federal Judges Association has taken the “extraordinary step” of calling an emergency meeting to confront Trump’s recent actions and those of strategic hire AG Bill ‘Low’ Barr. In a statement, Cynthia M. Rufe, the U.S. District Judge who heads the association of roughly 1,100 life-term federal judges said that the matter was urgent and “could not wait.” By the way, this is the group’s first meeting to address the conduct of a president or A.G. since its founding in 1982.

So lemme do the math… 1,100 judges + 1,000+ DOJ officials = A SHIT TON OF LAWYERS!

Talk about a jury of your peers, but not surprisingly, our failed political press is somehow making the 3 Stooges at the top of the post the story, and not 2K-plus legal beagles. Go figure. But they are equivalent to the press.  You know: Both Sides.

It’s not really a surprise. They are fascist traitors — authoritarians absolutely committed to rule by their minority rather than the rule of law.
If we don’t take over control of the Government this November, you can kiss the last vestiges of American democracy goodbye. Imagine what four more years of Trump, Barr and a Senate controlled by McConnell will look like.

Barr isn’t going to resign. On the CBS morning show, they said Barr had considered resigning because of Trump’s tweets, but they didn’t say when he was “considering” it. I find it highly doubtful that Barr would ever resign, considering the amount of power and control he has. His bloated ego and sense of entitlement will propel him higher and higher. He won’t give that up.

Pretty sure that Stone gets pardoned within 30 minutes of his sentencing. Trump is out of control and Barr will do nothing to control him other than some occasional concern trolling.

Of course, his voters don’t care how badly he behaves even when it hurts their own interests.
