Oh, man. A ‘Christmas Story’ tattoo.
Looks like a guy’s leg and he has an evidently woman’s leg with an old fashioned lamp shade on top. That’s really weird. I assume he thinks women’s body’s are their most attractive part. Pretty sick.
Or … he loves Jean Shepherd’s “A Christmas Story” where this lamp arrives (as a “Major Award”) to the narrator’s (Ralphie) father as a prize won for a crossword puzzle (sponsored by Nehi (pronounced knee-high) orange soda) that he’d solved. It’s a wonderful movie.

Siskel & Ebert called “A Christmas Story” a perfect movie. Jean Shepherd (RIP) was THE MAN. Shep used to do a show at Princeton U. every June. Saw him there 15 times.
Astamari – Everyone needs to see this movie; it’s funny in so many ways, but even as an ironic look to the ’50s from the ’80s, viewing it in the 2010s it holds up.

A leg on a leg… how META…
Don’t feel all alone if you check out the movie and you don’t like it. Some just don’t.
It’s “bodies”, not “body’s”. You need a refresher course on the proper use’s of apostrophe’s.
Mr. Blair – I’m going to ask you kindly to stop with the pedantry.
That’s a really well-executed tattoo, for a change. So not the usual drecky, drunk-sailor-in-a-sleezy-tat-parlour style.
