Floriduh Man for the Win!

We might have mentioned that in addition to a bringing bucket of fried chicken to a congressional hearing, the Dems thought that exhuming John Dean—Tricky Dick Nixon’s former White House Counsel (fired)—was a masterstroke of political theater, except for the part about anyone under the age of 65 knowing who he is, or even caring. We thought for sure this would be a snooze-fest that would fall on it’s face.

We were wrong.

“Nixon had a healthcare plan!”

You just cannot get that kind of entertainment everyday. Somehow or another super-genius trumpian fanboi Matt Gaetz (R-Drunk Tank), trying to mock octogenarian John Dean, managed to get self-pwn’ed by the Mystical Ouija Board.

Pass the chicken, please.

Matt Gaetz has no concept of history and is therefore doomed to repeat it. Sad.

I was in high school when the Watergate hearings were going on. We used to commandeer empty classrooms during free periods and watch them on TV. The faculty’s first reaction was to chase us out, but one of the more enlightened teachers argued to let us stay because we were basically getting a civics lesson, and our use of the TVs became an unofficial, unwritten school policy. I’m not yet 65, but I do remember Dean’s testimony to Senator Sam (Ervin) and his committee Of Doom.

Gaetz and Gym Jordan. Jesus Christ, these are the best representatives of the Republican party? Literally every time those two chuckleheads open their mouths, stupid comes out. I’ve read comments here and there lately about how sharp, witty, and quick John Dean is, and he proved it with these two.

Add Louis Gohmert and you really have the Three Stooges.
