I’d consider that to be a decent testimonial – I was a professional “pearl-diver” at 10 yrs of age, and a short-order cook by the time I was 13, thanks to my grandparents, who owned a greasy spoon in the small town I grew up in.
And I still eat almost every meal at Chez Dennis, every damn day.
