Suck, blow, doesn’t matter

Ivanka confirms: Daddy Dearest really did offer her the World Bank Job.

The First Shady turned it down, phew!, because she already was too busy Instagramming herself is serene white spaces, staring out a window, holding a sheaf of empty papers with a white coffee mug steaming nearby.

  2. We gotta remember! Trump’s second and third choices for joba are always exponentially worse than his first ones, no matter how bad his first choice was.

‘David Malpass’ There must be a factory out there churning out these made-to-order Bond villans Bad Pass indeed!

From his Wikipedia page “In 2007, before the housing market collapse, Malpass wrote for the Wall Street Journal that “Housing and debt markets are not that big a part of the U.S. economy, or of job creation…”

Narrator: “Job losses in the construction sector were the largest of any other sector in the 2007-2009 downturn: https://www.bls.gov/opub/mlr/2011/04/art1full.pdf

Now he’s in charge of the World Bank. We may wish for the day when First Shady could have been in the position….

Also, Kristalina Georgieva, the really smart CEO of the World Bank would actually destroy Ivanka in the unlikely event she would have been actually appointed. (I briefly worked with her back in the day.) Trump hates international organizations and will choose incompetent clowns every time or just refuse to participate in them.

Baby wants to stay close to Daddy. Otherwise the male spawn may shut her out of the estate, such as it is.

I’m guessing the reason she turned it down is because the World Bank gig is not a useful stepping stone to becoming the first female US president.
That is, after all, the way she and The Donald likely see this playing out. Daddy gets a second term, then with GOP help nails down full control of the electoral process, et voila! … she ascends to the throne, scraps the White House and moves into a new Presidential Palace of her own design that makes Versailles look like an outdoor privy and with the construction contracts all sluicing oceans of public funds into the Trump Inc, coffers.
Don’t for one minute assume that’s not the kind of thing these assrockets fantasize about.
