Amply be-chinned Mitch McConnell
Amply be-chinned Mitch McConnell has just blocked the resolution demanding that the full Mueller report be released.
Ah, but Congress can still subpoena ol’ Bob, and command him to bring all his notes, and homework, and whatever else he came up with in regard to his investigation. Can’t they? And for a good take on the situation as it evolved, and now stands, you could visit my buddy Jim Wright @ Stonekettle Station, as he’s as eloquent and articulate and well-mannered as usual.
Because IF Hair Furor was really and truly vindicated & exonerated, then don’t you think he would be handing out copies of the report itself like they were hamberders at a “Victory Celebration” for whichever team du jour as gets summoned to such a palatial spread?
Because after THIS debacle, once the hand-wringing and pearl-necklace grasping is done and over with, (and no, Ms. Lindsey I’m not referring to YOU,) then it’s up to US to do something about this, if we truly desire to keep our Representative Republic intact.

“Copies handed out like hamberders”. I like that. I too wonder why if it “exonerates” him, they aren’t doing that exact thing.
Still too much smoke and mirrors for me.

The Attorney General, who was hired because his hostility to the Mueller investigation was widely known, issued a 4-page memo two days after the Mueller report was finalized.
Some of us can remember when Nixon released written summaries of his tapes in an effort to call off the investigators. Turned out the summaries didn’t reflect the actual sewage that was on the tapes.
History is rhyming.
