GHW Bush Still Dead; Trump Still Walks Amongst Us

The Shadow Knows!

The sickening Poppy Bush hagiography continues apace, but there is an odd development Tiger Beat reports that Comrade Prznint Trump is behaving not like a total dick, but perhaps like a normal person:

“For President Donald Trump, there was once no worse insult than being ‘a Bushie.’ That, a former White House official told POLITICO earlier this year, was ‘worse than being a Democrat…

“On Monday night, Trump visited Capitol Hill to pay personal respectsto the 41st president, whose casket arrived earlier in the day and is lying in state in the Capitol Rotunda. The display of respect even extended to the late president’s son, former President George W. Bush, whom Trump has derided as ‘the worst president ever.’ Trump offered Bush the use of his official guest residence, Blair House, while the younger Bush is in Washington for the events surrounding his father’s funeral, according to a White House official.

“In short, the president is behaving normally — a jarring rarity for a man who casually shatters sacred political norms.”

And then the news broke: unlike Grandpa Walnuts’ funeral, Prznint Stupid was invited to seeing Poppy planted, so we now can see cause and effect!

But wait! There’s more!

Bush family promised Trump that funeral would avoid criticizing him

“The Bush family promised President Trump that speeches and eulogies at the late George H.W. Bush’s funeral would avoid criticizing him, sources familiar with the funeral preparations told The Washington Post.

“The family reportedly assured Trump that the elder Bush’s funeral would not include the anti-Trump messaging on display at the August funeral for the late Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.).”

Trumper tantrum

I swear to Dawg READ MY LIPS: even in death Poppy Bush remains a sell-out, and Trump Baby gets mollified.

But the fun news is that every day until Poppy is planted, Comrade Trump is going to see someone else getting all the attention, and that will really rip him apart.

Poppy had that wimp factor until the day he died.

I heard he was invited, but told specifically he would NOT be allowed to speak. I can imagine the Big Orange Blowhard comparing the size of his Inauguration crowd to the one at Poppy’s funeral. Besides, as well, he would likely brag that his hands are bigger…

Political hacks pundits across DC are probably jizzing their pants as they write this…at long last he’s become prezidenshul! Now we dirty fucking hippie libtards HAVE to respect him!

My first thought was “Mephisto Waltz is complete”, but how did the Bushes get Trump to put on the mask? Must have been the Dark Lord variation.
Now I’m just wondering when, in the next four days, Trump will return to type. I just don’t see him lasting all four days. Too bad we cannot make the “journalists” eat their words when it happens.
    Or can we?

Dead-Eye Dick came out of his cryotube and Trump is playing nice.

We all know with whom the real power lies.

Acting prezidenshul for 4 days straight is absolutely out of the question.

And I find myself wondering why in the hell he saluted the coffin. Salutes are usually given by former service members, as a gesture of respect and admiration towards a former commander, or, in this case a former Commander-in Chief.
But I suppose Hair Furor believes that the time he spent at that military academy gives him the right to give a (four-fingered, as opposed to the single-finger one we all know he wanted to use,) salute to the former Preznit he used to loath & despise.

It must be frying Trump that he has to keep his mouth shut and can’t denigrate one of his many critics.

Worse, he has to sit there at an event that honors a president who fought and led in war, earned respect of both sides of the domestic aisle and from nations overseas, led an honorable and model family life…and it isn’t him.
