Stable Genius Strikes Again!

Stable Genius Prznint Stupid (Credit: @MemphisJohnny1)

It takes a special kind of idiot to not just threaten a private company making bidness decisions based upon their markets, but by (maybe?) taking away the industry-wide federal tax credits of up to $7,500 for Americans to buy electric cars, he’s hurting Americans, all the car manufacturers, and of course GM.

You assume he actually spoke to her, TG.

  2. Hey! Cutting those libtard hippie pajama boy soycuck electric car subsidies is just a side benefit!

Stay tuned for the Federal subsidies for ‘rolling coal’ kits! (because I’ll wager 500 quatloos that Il Douche thinks it really means they’re burning coal!)

It’s a two-fer fro the Stable Genius. The subsidies were put in place by the hated Kenyan Usurper and Stable Genius gets to once again pwn the libs.

The companies have cut wages so far that only a few can afford a new car anymore. No wonder they aren’t selling. If we had the car jobs and others like it, people might have the money to buy cars again. Funny how that works. Sad too.

If you build a consumer-driven economy, but then you don’t pay your serfs not just a LIVING wage, but a THRIVING one, especially after a HUGE tax cut, then they can’t afford to consume much. In other words, you’re doing it wrong.

  4. As I understand it, their small cars are selling just fine in China.

Stable Genius doesn’t know the difference between a gov’t. subsidy and a Tax Credit, with the Credit being approved by Congress back during Obama’s administration, and therefore safe from him cancelling it via EO. It’s going to expire sometime next year, unless extended by the new Congress, but I don’t expect Hair Furor to sign any such legislation. I’ll save MY Quatloos to wager on some other foolishness, but I’m also not holding my breath, waiting for such to appear.

Also, too – he was vehemently and viscerally opposed to the Bailout of The Big Three Auto Makers, back when Obama saved us from an almost-certain Dystopian Depression. And I say viscerally, because he recently stated that his gut knows more than ANY so-called experts, and coupled with his high intelligence, he alone has All The Answers.

For what it’s worth, GM will end Cruze production in Mexico, as well as Lordstown (the Mexican factory will produce a new small SUV}. The South Korean plant that manufactures the Cruze was recently closed. The Cruze will continue production in China and Argentina, but will not be imported to North America (per GMauthority).
