Very cute, but not entirely original.
Back in 2014, the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) ran an anti-smartphone campaign on its VMS* signs. The slogan? “Drivers! Keep your head out of your apps!”
VMS signs, for you non-road geeks, are those variable electronic message boards that are posted on gantries above the traffic lanes, or on mobile platforms on the shoulders.
this last summer while driving though Missouri we saw those signs saying “Buckle Up, Buttercup!”
I like the BeepBeepitudes which say “Trust not thy mangy hide to the Acme Company, for they shall always let thee down”
