    I assume they used an Allen wrench to mount that sign and that the sign guy who erected it was named…Allen, of course.

    Some day, I’ll bother to look up a history on why law firms are traditionally named after their partners and not “branded”. (Does any other business traditionally do the same thing?)

      a lot of advertising agencies do, or at least did. examples: Batten, Barton, Durstine & Osborne (which someone likened to a suitcase falling down stairs); Foote, Cone & Belding; Needham, Harper, Steers; etc.
