The issue is the lying, not the drinking, Republicans

Archival Footage of Brett Kavanaugh

Christ, this asshole again: Police questioned Kavanaugh after bar fight in 1985

But this is great:

“Ludington told CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time” anchor Chris Cuomo that the altercation happened after a UB40 concert, when he and a group of friends were drinking at Demery’s.

“They were sitting near a man who they thought looked like the lead singer of UB40, Ali Campbell, and were trying to figure out whether it was him, Ludington told Cuomo.
The man noticed Ludington, Kavanaugh and the others looking at him and — according to Ludington — aggressively asked them to stop.

“Ludington told Cuomo he initially remembered Kavanaugh then threw his beer at the man, but recently found out from the report that there were ice cubes in the thrown drink.”

He was having beer on ice? Well, there’s another lie that he only drinks beer.

I think we can drop the ALLEGEDLY bit now, Kavanaugh is a mean drunk. So, add to the list of provable lies that Kavanaugh only drinks in moderation.

Lying is not an issue for R’s, it’s a requirement.

If only it mattered that Kavanaugh is a mean drunk, has a checkered financial history, and repeatedly lies under oath!

    REPUBLICANS DON’T CARE.

He gets voted in, he will be seated as the Supreme Court Judge as planned, and we live with that for the next forty years. The Republicans, more than anything else, are using this action as a way to rub the Democrats noses in it, because they have the numbers and we don’t. This is their raison d’etre, their snotty “nyah nyah” to Democrats that they hold all the cards.

Midterms. Midterms. Midterms. Vote them the hell out.

I could care less about his drinking problem. It’s his mental state I’m concerned with. Judges shouldn’t turn into a pile of emotional goo when they’re under duress. Guy’s got problems.
