  1. This is an awesome’s starts as kind of a post-apocalyptic Magnificent Seven/Seven Samurai kind of homage, then meanders it’s way into sheer insanity. On of the all-time great ‘so bad it’s good’ movies in my estimation.

      BDR –

Never saw it, but that sounds like the kinda thing that Joe Bob Briggs would give a strong review, so maybe I’ll hunt it down?

I tracked down the imbd post on the Avocado Jungle. No wonder I had a hard time finding it – not amazon women, cannibals – Piranha women to be specific. Bonus – it features Bil Maher.

An ex room-mate showed me the art of hitting Blockbuster in the weird section, where she picked up this gem. (In truth, I remember more about Attack of the Killer Tomatoes – ignore the sequel, the original is the winner) It’s where I discovered an appreciation of Ed Wood. His movies are kookoo bananas, but he persisted!

Emily Post? Even someone as wretched as I think that’s a little dated.

And by the same director as “Whatever Happened to Aunt Alice”!
