Wanted: Good Guy With A Gun To Counter Kobach With Machine Gun

Hey you guys, Kris KKKobach is running for gubnor of Kansastan, and he decided to ride in a parade with a machine gun to reinforce that he is a Second Amendment Absolutist.

Needless to say, when watching an innocent parade and suddently, an infamous racist like Kobach (ALLEGED) appears WITH A MACHINE GUN, you might get mixed reactions.

“It was pretty shocking,” said pastor Johnny Lewis of Shawnee Community Christian Church. “There were audible gasps from the folks we were sitting by.”

Lewis said he respects the views of people on both sides of the Second Amendment debate, but found the display inappropriate in a crowd filled with kids at a time when many of them, like his 6-year-old daughter, are scared that they might be victims of a school shooting.

“Why was that necessary sir?” Lewis said on Facebook, directing his comments at Kobach. “My child didn’t need that today.”

“Show me your papers,” Kobach did not reply.

Kobach’s campaign was quick to defend the candidate’s decision to wave at the crowd standing next to what appeared to be a .50 caliber machine gun.

“The gun is a replica,” Kobach spokeswoman Danedri Herbert said in a text message.

“Oh, well, that’s entirely different. Never mind.”

“The Secretary says those who use the excuse of school violence to restrict the right to bear arms are deeply misguided. We need to stand up for our Second Amendment rights and recognize the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.”

Please show me the good guy with a gun because it surely is not Kris Kobach, who under no circumstances should ever be confused as a good guy.

Maybe a good guy with a rocket launcher to counter Kobach with a 50mm machine gun? What about that water bottle cannon thingy?

    • Ayup! My first thought was So the GOP is now running around in technicals, huh?

It could only be more third world armed-to-the-teeth dystopia if it was a Hilux…

When I first heard that term, uttered by the dipshit Scott Simon on an NPR report, during the first Bush first Iraq debacle, I thought Simon said “testicles.” Wow, a war machine called something graphic yet so appropriate! Alas, my gleeful approbation was short-lived.

I still think those machine-gun mounted Hilux trucks should be called testicles.

Tamar Rice was killed by a cop responding to a 911 call where the caller said the kid was carrying what looked like a replica gun. A kid in Baltimore was shot and injured by cops for carrying a replica gun. In fact, a December 2013 WaPo story said that in the previous two years, 86 people had been shot by cops while carrying replica guns.

So if “a good guy with a gun” had taken out the guy literally parading through town with a replica machine gun that would be okay with Kobach, right? Can’t be too safe, right, Mr. Kobach?

One of the worst things about Kobach is, he is scary intelligent, his displayed personality notwithstanding.
I’m not afraid of intelligence, or intelligent people, but most of them use their powers for good, not for evil.

In the words of Bruce Cockburn, “If I had a rocket launcher…Some son of a bitch would die ”

That machine gun would come in handy to protect Kansas’ eastern border from those marauding Missourians.

Before seeing the picture and reading the story, I thought dipshit KKKobach was just parading in one of those militarized police vehicles that itself is a fucked up commentary on our fucked up times, but no. This is a thousand times worse than that. Why don’t we just get rid of laws completely, let gunfights settle every dispute, and then automatically conclude afterwards that the guy left standing was the good one?

You mean like back in the days of the wild west?

That’s what the ammosexuals are yearning for. Of course, they won’t like it once they get it and realized others can shoot back. Also, too — since they lack empathy — once they experience taking a bullet, they will discover when fast-moving metal insults the human body’s integrity, it hurts.

  8. Condi says:

Hate to say it, but the good citizens (directly west across State Line) of Brownbackistan, having willingly devolved into a parody of what they believed the Old West was like, deserve whatever comes their way should they elect Kobach.

Also, it speaks (tone deaf) volumes that Greitens used a high end M134D in his ads and Kobach was stuck with a plugged .50 cal replica.

Does this mean Ernst Rohm of the Plains has pivoted back to his original mission of destroying what’s left of Kansas?
