Comrade Stupid’s dumbest lawyer (and that’s saying something!) Michael Cohen says that the hush money paid to Porny Daniels was paid by him without promise of repayment from Trump or his staff. Such a mensch!

As a sonofalawyer, I laugh to think of an ambulance chaser parting with $130K Ameros as a favor to a client. Billable hours weep.

And as we know, if the Ameros came from the campaign or was a donation to the campaign, then it was illegal because no one reported it.

So, you know, the credibility of Cohen’s goodness-of-his-heart story are stretched like a Duggars loins. Let’s examine!

  • Cohen used his Trump Organization e-mail to negotiate directly with Porny Daniels. That kinda-sorta makes it an official action from the 2016 Goat Rodeo or from Trump.
  •  Cohen is represented in Pornygate (see what I did there?) by the law firm who also represents Comrade Stupid AND Comrade Stupid’s 2016 Goat Rodeo Campaign.
  • Cohen took a loan against his own house, he didn’t just pop $130K Ameros out of his mad money stash. That loan carries interest and, you know, that’s not normal.
  • Cohen has complained to his friends that no one has reimbursed him for that $130K Ameros he borrowed.

It’s all circumstantial, I suppose, but added up it seems unlikely to be a coinkydink, and therefore very likely to be an unreported/in-kind donation to the campaign that was unreported, and therefore someone (or someones) has committed a crime.

  1. FFS does he think that everyone is as stupid as his client?

I’m no sonofalawyer, but I did take Business Law 101. Isn’t paying bribes out of your own pocket on behalf of a client reason enough for disbarment? If he’s going to take one for the dorko, this is going to end up costing more than $130K. Bless his heart.

Ooh, that’s a good point! I don’t know, but I suspect disbarment is on a state-by-state basis? So, you know, is bribery beyond the pale in NY? Seems like a standard business practice in some places!

So this “lawyer” is left with a $130K note on his home for Cheetolini’s dick parade? I cannot imagine there is no “payment in kind” or “deferred payment” or something.
Lawyers don’t poop unless they are ‘on the clock’, has been my experience.
There has to be some incentive for the lawyer or this is beyond the scope of “profit and loss”.
The Truth will set ‘us’ free.
